Magsaysay Maritime Corporation has successfully renewed its license as a Recruitment and Placement Agency, fully compliant with the Department of Migrant Workers’ (DMW) regulations governing the deployment of seafarers abroad, as well as the Maritime Labour Convention of 2006.
As a Presidential Awardee, Magsaysay Maritime Corporation has been granted a 12-year license (three full terms) by the DMW.
This achievement not only reinforces Magsaysay’s legal standing as a manning agency authorized to recruit, process, and deploy Filipino seafarers but also reaffirms Magsaysay’s steadfast commitment to upholding all provisions of the recently signed Magna Carta for Filipino Seafarers.
